Whoa just looked and its been 2 months since I've updated last so here goes.

Got to see my boy for 5 minutes on his birthday, his mother dragged him off because I said I would take him to thank his Grandma rather than her ring my mum up.(She had barred talking about access)

Turns out though all the mediation and toing and froing has been a smoke screen. She has made arrangements to take the children to live in York. Away from their friends and family so she can moon after her internet boyfriend, I think we all know enough internet horror stories to know why this worries me.

Court wont do anything as the children are resident with her and she can live where ever she wants. The fact that I have parental responsibility and Joint custody means nothing. And the fact that she suffers from severe mental problems including making threats to kill the children, multiple suicide attempts and assualting a police officer is also not a problem because the courts wont start to investigate it until after she has moved.

Everything else in my life is actually good, just worried about my kids.
